The house is conveniently located opposite a lovely playground and park. It has parking at the front of the house and an enclosed garden to the rear. It comprises of two double bedrooms (one with a sofa bed), kitchen, dining room (with sofa bed), lounge and two bathrooms.

The property has recently been renovated and boasts easy access to the town centre and marina, excellent family amenities and conveniences including off street parking and gardens. Now summer is approaching a BBQ is available with utensils/cutlery plates provided to use. For our younger guests we have some outdoor toys available for them to play with.
